Day 1 back in YYC

The road from Vernon to Calgary was long and wet. Ben Howard, John Mayer, and Jack Jackson got me through. God bless them. Today was our first full day living back in the big city. Im not ashamed to say that we are yet to start unpacking. Instead we've been spending our time visiting with some of the people we've been missing over the past four years. Also, in preparation for the half marathon that we're running in October (Surprise!) our minds (moreso than our bodies) took us on our first run in YYC. The road was flat. But beautiful.

First run back in Calgary

Cracks along our path disappear when we look further down
the road. Keep your head up- keep your heart strong- run
always.

I don't joke around when it comes to shoes ;)
